Pricing
All prices listed on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between the time you place your order and dispatch, we’ll adjust the total unless you’ve already paid in full.
You’ll be charged when your order is dispatched. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. If payment is late, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate.
Product Information
Unless otherwise stated, HOB SIMPLY BARGAIN LTD is not the product manufacturer. We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Packaging may differ from images shown
- Products may be updated to comply with legal or technical standards without affecting usability
Delivery & Processing
Order Handling:
- Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends are handled the next working day
Delivery Options:
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
- Delivery charges include VAT
- Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods
Delays & Non-Performance
If delivery is delayed due to external factors (e.g., weather, courier delays), we’ll inform you promptly. While we don’t offer compensation for delays, you may cancel your order for a refund of undelivered items.
If a significant issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Unless we offered free returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping.
Use a reliable courier and keep proof of return. We only refund standard delivery charges, not express or timed services.
Refunds are processed:
- Within 14 days if your order hasn’t been dispatched
- Within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of return
We may reduce your refund if the item is used, damaged, or missing original tags/accessories.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and keep you updated throughout the process.
Warranty
You’re covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects (excludes wear and tear or misuse). We will repair or replace your item in line with the process above.
Your Legal Rights (Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015):
- 30 days: Full refund for faulty goods
- 6 months: If repair/replacement fails, you’re entitled to a refund
- 6 years: You may be eligible for partial refunds if products fail prematurely
Product Use
Unless otherwise stated, our products are for home or home-office use only.
Modifying the product or not following usage instructions may void your return and warranty rights.
Customs & International Shipping
If you order from outside mainland UK:
- You are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes
- HOB SIMPLY BARGAIN LTD has no control over these charges
- Customs policies vary; please check with local authorities
- Cross-border deliveries may be opened or inspected by customs
Ending Our Contract
We may cancel your order if you fail to cooperate with reasonable delivery attempts. In such cases, we may seek compensation for losses.
Liability
We are not responsible for losses that:
- Were not foreseeable at the time of purchase
- Result from events beyond our control
- Happen due to misuse or failure to follow instructions
- Relate to commercial or business use
This does not affect our liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury.
Children
We do not sell products directly to children. Customers under 18 must use our website under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision.
